Stung by jellyfish in Mexico! Help?

About 6 hours or so ago i was swimming at Puerto Penasco and a small jelly fish decided it wanted to hug my leg (coincidently the same leg that earlier that day had fallen into a cactus that didnt come out early) Anyway, a bunch of people told me to pee on where it stung me which i did and only gave minor relief, but here it is 6 hours later and it still hurts like hell. (just so you know how bad, i've taken two codine and i still feel it. Also, i dont know if this is related, but water is starting to drip from my nose. Not snot, but like actual water....like sweat or something. So here is my questions....How long does it take for the jellyfish sting to go away? And is this water from inside my nose related to the sting?
