How Do I Do Better In School?

How do I do better in school? I'm halfway through my last term, I am a Freshman in High School, and I am really disappointing myself and my parents. Grades have never been my forte, however I have never failed. My grades have been consistent through my career in school, which is a bad thing. I hope to one day be an architect, but with my grades right now, how will i ever get into a good college?
