Is it possible to get PPP (pearly penile papules) on the shaft of your ?

I'm 15 years old and i think I have PPP. The only thing is that it's on the shaft of my , not the head. I think it might be possible that they are clogged or blocked hair follicles or sweat glands or something. If it is something clogged, is there any way to unclog it? I'm afraid to get intimate because of what these might be an their ugly appearance. They are just little white bumps that cannot be popped. No irritation or anything. Any suggestions will be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
