try telling her the truth and let her know how you feel. If that doesn't work change your number and if she emails you tell her you have moved and have a boyfriend who wants to spend all his time with you so you don't have time to spend with her. If she can ignore you then you can ignore her too. Shes not a friend because a real friend will not treat you this way at all.
