Can i still p inspection with po463 code?

i have a 2001 rodeo and my check engine light came on and said i have a po463 code and would not p but now its off but still dont know if i can still p inspection if the check engine light is off. I think its off because im almost out of gas and the sensor is not reading it becasue i almost out. Please help can i still p inspection?
