What ever happened to seperation of powers? Why did Obama attack the Supreme Court last night?

Is the legislative, executive, and judicial supposed to be separate. Obama clearly attacked the supreme court last night. Doesn't he believe in separation of powers? Does he want to be a dictator like his buddy Hugo Chavez?
