I was haveing a chat wit a gay friend of mine and we were talking about her uality so i decided to open up how i felt ualy,long story short that i didnt find any particular gender atractive, and she said i might be aual. When i get home i look it up and it turned my world up side down i started crying i felt like i was a women anymore cus real women like men i fell asleep crying thinking maybe i can force myself to feel atracted to boys. I think girls are such beutiful creatures that id love to kiss and cuddle nothing p that it groses me out. Non-violent protest is the best way to make ones point. Dr.King would not approve of this. Today's youth need to read about Dr.King and Gandhi. The Hip-Hop Generation are setting their community back. Why risk going to Prison and having a "record" when non-violent protest gets the point across. This is 2009 not 1992. We have to come together, Black, White, Christian, Non-Christian, Gay, heteroual, North, South, East, West, Midwest. We are all Gods Children. This nation is on the cusp of history being made on the 20th at Noon. Martin, Rosa, Justice Marshall,Bunche, Evers, Robinson, Hammer, Mandela, Malcolm, Jackson have fought hard for Civil Rights so that certain members of society would have the things that they have now. I'm not guillable to beleive that racism has disapeared but comitting felionious acts while rioting is not the way forward. The Courts will decide Mehserle's faith. Office relationship drama and legalities?

I recently started working in a dental office and have a bad situation in my hands. When I interviewed, it seemed like a great job and I was really excited to start. On my first day it was a totally different story. The office manager and the Doctor are constantly fighting and acting extremely unprofessional around the patients and taking out their anger on all employees, myself included. I found on on the second day that the office manager and the Dr. are having an affair (the Dr is married) and are fairly open about it, although so far I have no concrete proof. At first I thought I might have been over-reacting, but looking through previous records, they have fired all employees within 6 months of their start date for 3 years. I found out my neighbor used to work for them and was fired without a reason. I want to protect myself, and I would love to quit, but I don't have another job lined up and its going to be very difficult to find one after working at this office for a mere week. I want to know if anyone has any advice or knows what the legalities are for the Dr. and the office manager having an affair. (also, creepy... the manager is 24 and the Dr. is in his 60s) Help!

Need help on dwarf puffer fish!!!?

I just got this puffer fish for free from the pet store. They said its not looking well and it might die or something. They gave me some brine shrimps for it to eat. Right now its in my 5 gallon fish tank with no other fish in it. There's only rocks in there and right now its on the floor staying still. I left some frozen blood worms with it.
