It is a 'void' heart that the demons are searching for in the first place. (When 'one' is Holy Spirit-filled, the demon will not enter, being that The Holy Spirit is more powerful.) When the heart doesn't have the Holy Spirit then the demon can enter and especially when the demon is invited.
